Dal is a Consultant for Family Law Consultants. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2006. She is highly experienced, advising on the full range of relationship breakdown issues, with particular focus on divorce, children matters, and complex financial settlements. In addition, she drafts both pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and separation deeds.

Dal is known for offering clear, jargon-free advice in a supportive and client-centred way, empowering individuals to take informed decisions at a difficult time. She combines legal insight with empathy, recognising that the breakdown of a relationship often carries both legal and personal complexity.

Her experience in complex financial disputes, includes assets abroad, high net worth businesses and property portfolios, significant pre-marital assets, and substantial pension funds. Dal has developed a particular niche in agricultural and farming cases, and has an in- depth understanding of rural business structures, land ownership and generational assets.

Dal also has a wealth of experience in dealing with divorce cases from the Asian community. She has an excellent understanding of the culture and the sensitivity that is often required. She understands that Asian divorces are often not straightforward, for example, there is often property which was purchased with extended families, who upon the breakdown of the marriage seek to protect their share or the payment of a Dowry. There may be assets or bank accounts oversees which need to be taken into consideration.
